SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

All orders are despatched on the same or next business day of payment being cleared. Please allow 4-7 business days to receive within Australia for regular post, 7-15 worldwide although delivery can usually be quicker depending on your location.

Express post takes 1-2 business days. For next day delivery please place your order before 2pm (metro areas only). If you require quicker postage we recommend you choose express post (for costumes only) and pay with paypal. You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and also from the order update information you would be sent/emailed to your registered account email address.

Do you offer any shipping discount on your items?

Yes we charge a flat rate on postage regardless of how many you buy in one transaction paid for at the same time at checkout.We also provide FREE express shipping on Australian orders over $79.

Has my order been sent yet and how can i track it?

Classy-Couture will send you an email with a tracking number when your order has been posted. You can also log into your account and check the status of your order including the date it was shipped and tracking number if you selected express post and this is trackable on the Australia Post website at: www.auspost.com.au.

How can i check the status of my order?

When you place an order on our website, you are provided with an order number. Once you register an account with us you can log in under the my account link. Click on the my orders button and your orders will be displayed showing the status. Here you can check the tracking and any further updates. You will also receive an email when your order is posted, we reccommend you check the email registered address for updates.

How do I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that the order has been received/processed. Please also check your junk/spam folders, especially with hotmail accounts.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We are located in Sydney, Australia. We currently ship to most countries worldwide, to check if we ship to your country, fill your cart with an item and proceed to checkout to enter your address details and calculate shipping. The shipping charges will be calculated by country and/or postcode, you can simply enter your country only (no postcode) and the shipping charges will be shown. Please note: Once you purchase and checkout with your entire address the postcode field cannot contain any spaces otherwise you will not be able to checkout and the shipping will not be shown. Please be aware that we can not control any duties or delays imposed by your country's customs department.

How do I check the shipping cost of my order?

You will need to add the items to your cart first in order to see what the cost will be. Once you have added the items to your cart, find the shopping cart by clicking on the left hand side of the menu on our website titled "shopping cart". From the shopping cart page you can select your country and postcode/zip and click the recalculate button to calculate the shipping cost of the items in your cart. You can then proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. Shipping within Australia: express $9.99 flat rate regardless of the number of items ordered at one time. We provide free postage for buyers in Australia when the order total is over $79.

Do you have a physical store and can i pickup my order?

Unfortunately, we do not operate a storefront for public access; as a result, pick up is not available. Therefore we are unable to accommodate for self arranged courier or pick ups.

I am buying this item for someone else, can you post it to them?

Yes, if you advise us of their address details we can post to them on your behalf however, please ensure you provide the address details at time of sale to ensure delivery to the correct address as this cannot be altered once payment has been received. You can enter a billing address and a shipping address and these do not need to be the same.

PAYMENT & ORDERING

 How can I pay?

We currently accept the following payment methods and all prices are in $AUD:

Bank Deposit, Paypal or Credit card payments (safe online payment method, secure payment processing with SSL). Please note that your credit card details will not be stored, so you can feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe.

If you opt to pay with bank deposit the payment must be made at the time you order with payment clearing within 3 business days. Goods will be despatched once payment has been received and cleared.  

International Buyers: Paypal/credit card only.

I need my order asap which payment method is recommended?

if your order is urgent we recommend paying with your credit card and your order can then be posted next business day. Paying by bank deposit will delay the order despatch as we need to wait until your payment is cleared before sending.

Is it safe to make a purchase on Classy Couture with my credit card?

Our site has been designed to be as safe and secure possible. We use payment gateways with SSL, so the only person that sees your card details is you. We do not transmit, process or store your credit/debit card information.

I need help with making a payment on your website?

If you are having problems with placing an order or making a payment online, please contact us asap by email or phone so we can assist you further.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind, doesn't fit or it's just simply not suitable? We offer exchanges and/or refunds within 30 days of your receipt date.

Please see details on returns/exchanges located on the store Shipping/Returns policy page. Please note: We provide exchange/credit and refunds on all costume orders. We provide exchanges only on all dress orders, no refunds. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, please choose these carefully.

Can I exchange my item for another size if it doesn't fit?

We are happy to exchange sizes for clothing if the item is not suitable/does not fit with return postage paid by the buyer (one exchange per item.) The returns and exchange policy must be followed. Please see Shipping/Returns Page to arrange to exchange.

Not sure what size to buy and need help?

Please contact us with your bust and waist measurement in cms, along with the item title and code you are looking at and we can recommend the most suitable size for you. Please also advise how you would like the item to fit, for eg: tight, loose or normal.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order once I receive it?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please send us an email via the contact us page and we will resolve it for you asap. If an item you have received has a fault we will replace it free of charge, if you change your mind/require a different size, see our returns policy for more information on what to do.

I am not sure what size I would be how can I choose the best size for me?

There are size charts with measurements on all our listings to assist you in deciding which size is most suitable for you. We recommend comparing these measurements against an item of your own that is a good fit to ensure you choose the correct size. If you are unsure what size to choose, please email us with your measurements and current size and we can recommend a suitable size for you. If you purchase and it still is not the fit that you desire once you receive it please refer to the returns and exchange policy.  PLEASE NOTE: All Sizes on item selection boxes are listed in AU size as we are located in Australia. If you are located in another country please cross check the US/UK size with the relevant size in AU to ensure you choose the correct one.

I forgot my password?

You will need to go to the "your account" page located on the top of our website and input your email address and then the link "forgotten password" and it shall be emailed to you.
